Self-myofascial release.

That is why I am happy to invite you to an incredible 12-week fascia release workshop led by April Williams, fascia specialist and founder of Honor Yourself First. Her method blends body awareness, science, and self-guided healing using the Fascianator roller.

This is not a replacement for acupuncture or bodywork it is a powerful addition. Think of it like brushing your teeth: a regular ritual that helps maintain your system in between deeper treatments.

You will learn to use the Fascianator roller, a precise, highly effective tool to:
